Becky at Crafty Cakes made our wedding cake, and it was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, she was friendly, professional, and really listened to what we wanted. The result was even better than we imagined, a stunning three-tier cake decorated with vibrant sunflowers and royal blue roses that matched the flowers we had on the day beautifully. The detail on the toppers was incredible. She even included our dog, which made it feel so personal and special to us. To make it even more unique, the back of the cake had a surprise Batman reveal, and the grooms topper was holding a lightsaber. It was such a fun and creative touch that our guests loved. 😊 Not only did it look amazing, but it tasted incredible too — we had so many compliments from our guests. Thank you Becky, for putting so much care and creativity into making our cake. It was a real showstopper and such a memorable part of our day. We couldn’t recommend Crafty Cakes enough!
We were absolutely blown away by our wedding cake from Crafty Cakes! It was stunning to look at – a beautifully elegant three-tiered masterpiece that perfectly suited the vibe of our day. So many of our guests commented on how gorgeous it was before we’d even cut into it! But what truly set it apart was the taste – every single layer was delicious. Moist, rich, and full of flavour… it was the kind of cake people went back for seconds (and thirds!) of. In fact, even the venue – the Deer Park – said they’ve never had a wedding where not a single slice was left over. We even heard from guests in the days after who had taken pieces home to share with neighbours, grannies, and grandads — and everyone raved about it. Honestly, that’s the sign of a truly great cake. We loved it so much, we’ve already ordered another layer just for ourselves to enjoy at home! Thank you, Crafty Cakes, for creating something that looked incredible and tasted even better. Becky made our wedding cake in 2002 & 24 years later we asked her to make a cake for our son’s passing out. The wedding cake had a diving theme with dolphins & the passing out cake was a drip cake with a beret on top. She also did some gluten free cupcakes for the coeliacs among us. All were delicious & looked amazing. The decorations were so clever. Cost was very reasonable too. I would highly recommend Crafty Cakes.
Would give 10/10 if I could - amazing from start to finish! We contacted Crafty Cakes for my mums 60th birthday cake, and some gluten free cupcakes to accompany. Becky was incredibly helpful with size, flavour etc and the cake looked exactly how we hoped. It tasted delicious and looked beautiful. The gluten free cupcakes were unbelievable - if we didn’t know they were gluten free, we wouldn’t have been able to tell! We travelled down from the Midlands for the birthday celebrations and Becky was really accommodating with collection times and even let our dog have a quick stretch of his legs around her garden before we carried on with the journey. Great communication, delicious cake! Thank you!
